(A) A permit shall be obtained before beginning construction, alteration or repair of any building or structure, the cost of which exceeds $500.
(B) A permit is required for all additions, outbuildings and fences, regardless of cost.
(C) All fees required by this code shall be paid at the Building Commissioner.
