§ 150.18  SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   (A)   A license issued under the provisions of this subchapter may be revoked or suspended when a licensee has made a materially false statement on his or her application, or otherwise failed to comply with the provisions of this code.
   (B)   A citation signed by the Building Commissioner for any violations shall be served upon the licensee who has been charged.
   (C)   A hearing shall be held by the License Board, which shall make the recommendation to suspend or revoke a license, and/or any other action it may deem necessary.  The determination of the License Board shall stand until overruled by a court of law.
