§ 150.05  APPLICATION TO EXISTING BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES.
   The provisions of the Indiana General Administrative Rules (675 IAC 12-1), as adopted in § 150.06, shall apply to all existing buildings and structures within the corporate limits and the jurisdictional area of the city, and shall be subject to the fees established in § 150.08 of this code.
