§ 32.135 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The Department of Parks and Recreation (the "Department"), controlled by a board of four members to be known as the Park and Recreation Board of the City of New Castle, Indiana (the "Board") is hereby created and established.
   (B)   The four members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor of the city in accordance with IC 36-10-3, as amended.
