§ 114.11  OPERATING TAXICAB WHILE INTOXICATED.
   (A)   No person shall drive a taxicab while intoxicated, indulging in or having indulged in intoxicating liquor.
   (B)   No operator of a taxicab business shall permit any person who is intoxicated, or who has been drinking intoxicating liquor or has the smell or odor of intoxicating liquor upon his breath, to drive a taxicab.
