§ 114.05  TWO-WAY RADIOS REQUIRED.
   Every taxicab operated under this chapter, before securing a license from the Clerk-Treasurer, shall be equipped with a two-way radio mechanism that shall allow for communication between the taxicab and the permanent office of the company securing a license hereunder.
