§ 113.99  PENALTY.
   Any person which has been ordered by the Clerk-Treasurer to pay a license fee or furnish bond, as required by this chapter, and who shall fail to comply with such notice and order, shall be guilty of a punishable offense and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to punishment as provided in § 10.99.
