Every person operating or maintaining a junkyard within the city shall erect a wall around the lot where the junkyard is located, which shall be at least six feet high and constructed of solid material. The wall shall enclose the junkyard except for necessary drive-ins to the lot, which shall not exceed in width ten feet. A gate shall be erected closing the opening when the junkyard is not open for business.
