(A) Any person desiring to operate, maintain, open, or establish a junkyard in this city shall apply to the Clerk-Treasurer for a license to do so.
(B) The application for a license shall be made on a form which shall be prescribed and furnished by the Clerk-Treasurer and shall set forth the name of the owner, manager, trustee, lessee, or other person desiring the license; the name of the junkyard; the location, including the street number of such junkyard; and such other facts as the Clerk-Treasurer may require.
