(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, being the owner, lessee, manager, or operator of a billiard parlor or amusement arcade, as defined in § 111.01, to do any of the following:
(1) Permit in any billiard parlor or amusement arcade any person to play or operate any amusement device between the hours of ll:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following morning, Sunday through Thursday, and between the hours of l:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Friday through Saturday. Therefore, closings shall be as follows:
(a) Sunday: 11:00 p.m.
(b) Monday: 11:00 p.m.
(c) Tuesday: 11:00 p.m.
(d) Wednesday: 11:00 p.m.
(e) Thursday: 11:00 p.m.
(f) Friday: 1:00 a.m. (Saturday)
(g) Saturday: 1:00 a.m. (Sunday)
(2) Permit in any billiard parlor or amusement arcade any person under the age of 16 years during the hours the community schools are in session, or between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(3) Operate or permit to be operated any gambling device on or about the premises, or to knowingly permit any amusement device to be used as a gambling device.
(4) Place or maintain or to permit to be placed or maintained, after dusk, any screen, curtain, partition, door, or other obstruction so as to prevent a free and unobstructed view of the interior of the premises.
(5) Permit any immoral or obscene language or conduct on the premises, or to fail to keep the premises in a clean and sanitary manner.
(6) Permit loitering or the congregating of patrons in front of or outside the establishment when such loitering blocks the free passage of the street or sidewalk.
(B) The above regulations shall be posted in such a manner so that they are clearly visible to all patrons.
