§ 98.24  PERMIT REQUIRED FOR CURB CUTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut or remove any curb unless he shall file a written request with the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city, setting out the amount of curb to be cut or removed, and for what reason the same is being cut or removed.
