(A) The Board of Public Works and Safety may, without notice, instruct the City Attorney to file an affidavit against any person violating § 97.01. Any person found guilty of violating any of the terms of § 97.01 by permitting or maintaining a nuisance shall be subject to punishment as set forth in § 10.99 for each day that such person shall be found to have violated § 97.01.

(B) In addition to the rights and remedies given the city in § 97.16, any person that shall hereafter fail and refuse to cut such weeds and growth as set forth and at the times specified in § 97.15 may be punished as provided in § 10.99 for each day that the weeds or undergrowth remain uncut after the dates specified in § 97.15.
