§ 96.15  IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION.
   The Common Council shall:
   (A)   Designate a human rights committee composed of board members which shall to the greatest extent possible represent all minorities, sexes, ages, and incomes.
   (B)   Appoint a staff member to serve as Equal Employment Opportunity.
