§ 96.12  NONDISCRIMINATION IN PARTICIPATION AND ENJOYMENT OF BENEFITS.
   Measurable achievable objectives will be established.  The Equal Employment Opportunity shall make every effort to assure that departmental staffs are representatives of minority, women's and limited income communities and shall work to overcome discrimination in rates of pay and promotion, other forms of compensation and working conditions that may exist.
