§ 95.01  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   “CITY HEALTH OFFICER.” Absent the creation of a position titled “CITY HEALTH OFFICER” by the legislative body of the city, that job title and those responsibilities shall be performed by the Building Inspector and the Inspector’s appointees.
   “TRASH.”  Stones, ashes, glass, tinware, dishes, crockery ware, paper, leaves, rags, tree limbs, shrubbery, litter, grass clippings, rubbish, and refuse.
