§ 90.74  EUTHANIZATION OF STRAY ANIMALS.
   (A)   If a stray animal has bitten a person, it shall be confined in the New Castle/Henry County Animal Shelter for a period of ten days. 
   (B)   If unclaimed at the end of that period, the animal shall be euthanized.
