§ 90.70  RABIES VACCINATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   Requirement.  It is unlawful to own or harbor a dog or cat without a valid rabies vaccination in accordance with state law.
   (B)   Exceptions.  An animal of age and physical condition unable to withstand a rabies vaccination must have a licensed veterinarian certificate stating such.
