§ 90.14  DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.
   All fees, fines or monies collected shall be paid to the New Castle/Henry County Humane Society.  Money so paid shall be used by the New Castle/Henry County Animal Shelter in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
