§ 31.11  APPOINTIVE OFFICERS.
   The Mayor shall appoint:
   (A)   Director of Public Works
   (B)   A City Attorney
   (C)   A Chief of the Fire Department
   (D)   A Chief of the Police Department
   (E)   Other officers, employees, boards, and commissions required by statute.
