SCHEDULE III. NO PARKING DURING STREET SWEEPING.

   (A)   After notices are duly posted it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon the following streets in the city between the hours of l:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.
