SCHEDULE X. SEMI-TRAILER TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED.

   (A)   Prohibition. 

      (1)   Except for those reasons stated below, semi-tractor trailer truck traffic on is prohibited on the following streets:

      (2)   This prohibition includes semi-tractor trucks with or without trailers attached.

   (B)   Exception.  Nothing herein shall be construed as to prevent the delivery of goods and services to those who reside along the streets listed in division (A)(1) or own businesses adjacent thereto.

   (C)   Penalty.

      (1)   Violators of this section shall be subject to the following penalties:

         (a)   First offense:  $50;

         (b)   Second offense:  $100;

         (c)   Third and all subsequent offences:  not to exceed $2,500 as determined at the court's discretion.

      (2)   The citing officer may in his or her sound discretion issue a warning ticket if he or she believes that same is appropriate given the nature and circumstances of the offense.
