§ 73.25  TRAFFIC REGULATIONS TO APPLY.
   Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall be subject to the provisions applicable to the driver of a motor vehicle, except provisions which by their nature can have no application, and except where bicycles are subjected to special regulations.
