(A) No vehicle shall be permitted to be parked on a city parking lot for 24 consecutive hours in the same location.
(B) The parking of semi trucks (tractors or trailers) on municipally owned parking lots is expressly prohibited.
(C) The parking of trailers of any kind (a vehicle designed to be hauled or pulled) on city parking lots that are not attached to a source of power is expressly prohibited.
