§ 70.36  LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT CONTINUING EDUCATION FUND.
   All proceeds collected pursuant to §§ 70.02 and 70.35 shall be deposited in the Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund as that fund was established by IC 5-2-8-2 and shall be appropriated consistent with that statutory provision.
