§ 51.16  NOTICE OF EASEMENT TO BE RECORDED.
   A copy of this subchapter shall be recorded in the miscellaneous records in the County Recorder's office, in order that all future grantees of real estate in the territory covered by the mains herein provided for, shall have notice of the easement as provided for in this subchapter.
