§ 51.12  RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR LAYING MAINS; EASEMENT.
   The applicant for service as described in § 51.10 shall agree to furnish the rights-of-way for the purpose of laying water mains by the city and the city shall have an easement over the grounds through which such mains are laid for the purpose of ingress and egress at all times for the purpose of maintaining such water mains.
