§ 156.21  INSPECTIONS AND ENFORCEMENTS.
   The city or its designated representative may inspect any project site involved in construction activities regulated by this rule at reasonable times. The city or its designated representatives may make recommendations to the project site owner or their representative to install appropriate measures beyond those specified in the comprehensive stormwater management plan.
