§ 37.02  PROCESSING FEES.
   (A)   The Police Department shall collect a $3 fee to defray the cost of processing a request for inspection of limited criminal histories, and a $7 fee to defray the cost of processing a request for release.
   (B)   However, nothing herein shall give the Department authority to charge a fee for requests received from the Parent Locator Service of the Child Support Bureau of the Department of Child Services.
