§ 76.99  AUTHORITY TO DEVELOP FORMS AND PROCEDURES.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety and the Police Department are hereby directed and authorized to create, develop, and institute such forms, procedures, practices, and instructional information necessary in order to implement the provisions of this chapter and intent of the Council.
