§ 102.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99.  A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   The  fine  for  violating  § 102.02 shall be as follows:
      (1)   Initial offense: $10.
      (2)   Second and subsequent offenses: $50.
