(A) An amended fee schedule for the calendar year 2011 and all subsequent years until amended as approved and recommended by the city Park Board is hereby adopted by reference as fully as if set forth herein for the city swimming pool known as the Aquatic Center at Baker Park.
(B) The Park Board should continue to review this fee schedule on an annual basis to determine if it is fair and reasonable and producing sufficient revenue to assist in the maintenance and operation of the Aquatic Center at Baker Park.
