The City Court shall collect a $20 fee to defray contractual costs, the costs of fuel, as well as the wear and tear of vehicles and equipment owned and operated by the city. However, nothing herein shall give the applicable Department or the Court authority to charge a fee for those violators that have been found not guilty. Payments received shall be receipted and processed by the City Court Clerk with the surcharge being deposited into the General Account.
