(A) The salaries of the various employees of the city shall be as set by the Common Council.
(B) Wages, fringe benefits, and economic conditions for full-time employees listed on the wage schedule of Ord. 3652, as amended, shall be paid as provided for in the contract between A.F.S.C.M.E. Local No. 1478 and the city and policy as established by the Board of Public Works and Safety, pursuant to state statute.
(C) All full time employees with at least one year of service as of December 1 of current year shall receive longevity pay in the amount of $30 per year of service to the city. The longevity pay will be calculated as follows: $30 divided by 52 pays, multiplied by the number of whole years of service.
