§ 35.02  SALARIES; PAYMENT OF WAGES AND BENEFITS.
   (A)   Salaries of the City Court and regulations pertaining thereto shall be as set by the Common Council.
   (B)   Wages, fringe benefits, and economic conditions shall be paid as provided for in the contract between the city and A.F.S.C.M.E. Local No. 1478.
