§ 35.01  MUNICIPAL COURT ESTABLISHED.
   Effective January 1, 1984, there is established a City Court to be headed and operated by a City Judge elected and seated pursuant to IC 33-10.1-1-3.  This Court shall operate in all respects pursuant to IC 33-10.1-1-3 through IC 33-10.1-6-10, and all other applicable state statutes and rules of court.
