§ 34.266  USES.
   Proceeds from this fund shall be used for making statutory distributions, paying expenses, and making capital purchases associated with the operation of the city court system and the enforcement of city ordinances throughout the city.  Withdrawals from this fund shall be subject to approval by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
