§ 34.235  ESTABLISHED.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to establish a certain non- reverting fund to be known as the Southeast-Downtown Economic Development Area Allocation Fund.  All withdrawals from said fund shall be pursuant to IC 36-7-14-1 et seq. after approval by the Redevelopment Commission.
