§ 34.147  USES; APPROVAL OF CLAIMS.
   The Fund shall be utilized for law enforcement purposes and all claims depleting the Fund shall be approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety pursuant to the laws of the state and the regulations and procedures established by the State Board of Accounts.
