§ 34.146  RECORDS.
   It is further ordained that the Police Department shall keep a detailed record containing the following:
   (A)   The amount of each tuition, costs, or fee payment;
   (B)   The date of each payment;
   (C)   The name of each student or participant and the name of the department or agency employing that participant.
