§ 34.122  MEMORIAL DAY ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE.
   A Memorial Day Committee is created to raise money for the fund.  The membership of the committee shall be established and appointed by the Board of Public Works and Safety.  The committee shall report to the Board and the Board shall supervise its activities.  The purpose of the committee shall be to promote, plan, produce, and present Memorial Day activities in the city.
