§ 34.121  FUNDING; SUPERVISION OF FUND.
   (A)   The fund shall be composed of private donations and expenditures shall be for the production and presentation of Memorial Day activities in the city.
   (B)   The fund shall be maintained in the records of the Clerk-Treasurer and supervised by that office.
   (C)   The fund shall conform in all respects to the regulations of the State Board of Accounts.
