§ 34.111  FUNDING; SUPERVISION OF FUND.
   (A)   The fund shall be composed of private donations and expenditures and shall be for the furtherance and maintenance of projects of the Looking Up With Pride Committee.
   (B)   The fund shall be supervised and expenditures approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety and conform in all respects to state statutes and the regulations of the State Board of Public Accounts.
