(A) Funding. The fund shall be funded by an annual deposit of not less than 100% of the amount paid by Henry Township, Indiana, to the city for fire protection. The exact amount shall be determined for each year on or before December 31 of the prior year by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city.
(B) Purpose. The fund shall be for the exclusive use of the Fire Department for capital improvements only. Any and all expenditures must be approved at public meeting by motion of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city.
