§ 34.75  ESTABLISHED.
   Effective October 20, 1975, the Common Council authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to establish a fund to be known as the State Grant Fund.  Receipts and disbursements of state funds will be controlled by subledger sheets as per project number.
