§ 34.41  CONTRIBUTIONS.
   The city agrees to make the required contributions under the Public Employees' Retirement Fund Act which is IC 5-10.3-2 and all acts  amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, including specifically IC 5-10.l-l-l et seq. (more commonly known as "The Indiana Public Employees' Social Security Integration and Supplemental Retirement Benefits Act").
