862.99   PENALTY.
   Any owner or driver of a taxicab who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, unless otherwise specified in this chapter, be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any owner or driver of a taxicab who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, having been previously convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall, unless otherwise specified in this chapter, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. However, in the case of a corporate taxicab owner, the directors or managing officials of the corporation responsible for the violation shall be subject to the criminal penalties provided herein.
