862.10 FAILURE TO PAY.

Whoever, with intent to defraud the owner or driver of any taxicab, engages carriage therein, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Refusal to pay the lawful charge for such carriage or absconding without payment or offer to pay shall be prima facie evidence of intent to defraud.
