Should a massage business have more than one location where the business of massage is pursued, then a license, stating the addresses of both the principal place of business and the other location, shall be issued by the Police Administrator upon the tender of a license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). A license issued for another location shall terminate on the same date as that of the principal place of business, regardless of the date of issuance of the permit for the other location.
