The Municipality shall approve or deny an application for a license or permit under this chapter within a reasonable period of time, but in no event later than ninety days from the date the application for the permit or license was accepted by the Department of Public Service. Every license or permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall terminate at the expiration of one year from the date of its issuance, unless sooner suspended or revoked.
