812.29 FORCE MAJEURE.

The prevention or delay of any performance under this franchise due to circumstances beyond the control of a grantee or the City, unforeseen circumstances or acts of God, shall not be deemed noncompliance with, or a violation of, this chapter or any franchise granted hereunder.
